Conditions for Return/Exchange

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

What Can Be Returned/Exchanged

  • Wrong size, color, or style received.
  • Defective or damaged items.
  • Products that meet the return condition above.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on sale or promotion.
  • Products that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Process

  2. Our team will guide you through the return/exchange procedure.
  3. Once approved, you can ship the item back to us.
  4. After inspection, we’ll process your exchange or refund (excluding any shipping charges).
